I'M FINALLY BACK BACK BACK! A LEVELS ARE OVER OVER OVER! :D
this blog has been rotting for more than one month already! i'm back to revive it now! :D
A levels were ok.. papers were managable.. toughest paper belongs to chemistry.. but i still have confidence in scoring A for chemistry!!
okay.. i dont want to talk about A levels already.. they belong to the past now! now it's time for me to enjoy my very very long break! around 8 months! woohoo!!
going to start talking about what happened after As end and the 10 days long break between my second last paper and last paper!
during that 10 days long break, i went far east with clare, xiwei, liyana and most importantly, my mum, to buy prom dress and dress for ms wang's wedding!! they costed more than $100.. haha.. lazy to upload photos of the dresses.. all can be found on my facebook!
following that, it was ms wang's wedding on the 28th of November! went for her wedding lunch first. only colin, rashid, eunice and peiqin went.. haha.. they had the tea ceremony and everyone had lunch buffet! after that mrs tan (ms pang) fetched us home by her car.. thanks mrs tan! the rilakuma bear mascot is super cute!

after that, i got prepared and vale came to my house in the evening to help me make up! thanks vale!
after getting dressed up, we went to meet weimin and weijie at my flat's void deck.. we were late! missed the cocktail reception! but at least we didnt miss any part of the dinner!
the wedding dinner was great! it was well organised, food was nice and i had a great gathering with 4e1 `08! took many photos while chatting and catching up with one another!

next up, 2nd of november, class bbq at amanda's house! woohoo!! have been waiting for this day for ages!!
had great fun! but unfortunately, it was raining! sort of ruined some fun that we might get to enjoy.. haha.. but luckily, weikai the bbq expert was around! he's the saviour of the day man! plus chenxi and tommy! without the guys, we might not even have the fire started xP
as it was raining, we shifted the bbq pit onto the floor.. and in the midst of bbq-ing, there was quite a loud explosion! scary sia! everyone was frightened! but after that we just continued bbq-ing.. haha..
after the rain stopped and ms lee came, we shifted the bbq pit to its original place.. and we found out what exploded and the cause of it! because there's water on the floor, and when the water has contact with the high heat plus the pressure, the ceramic floor exploded! (as explained by ms lee!) omg.. scary!!
ms lee bought log cake! so sweet of her! and it was my very first time eating log cake.. as i dont really celebrate xmas.. haha.. the log cake was eggless one! and it was delicious!!
we had buffalo wings, satay, bacon, prawn and stingray as our bbq food! and some potato chips and drinks! it was my first time eating stingray too! not bad actually.. but must be careful of the huge chunk of bones.. it took me half an hour to eat it! and ms lee asked me why am i taking so long just to eat one stingray.. omg~ hahaha
walked back to clementi mrt station after the bbq ended with clare, xiwei, liyana, weikai, chenxi and tommy. haha.. instead of girls walking slower than guys, the guys walked alot slower than us.. haha.. was interested about why people love koi so much.. went to check out.. but unfortunately they refused to take anymore orders already.. too bad! so it was time to head home.. haha.. and we all had the burning bbq smell!!

5th november!
went out with family to nex, suntec, bugis and orchard!
had great fun shopping and walking around! bought nail polish (base coat, glittery red and glittery purple!) from face shop! and bought a white blouse at bugis street! ate nice food too! astons for lunch at suntec and ate at food republic in wisma for dinner!
walked around orchard to see the xmas decorations and lights! this year's decorations and lights is one of the best ones!
and finally, prom night!! on 6th november, orchard hotel grand ballroom!
went to xiwei's house for her to help put on makeup for me! thanks xiwei!
after that we went to fetch liyana and azureen and off we went to orchard hotel!
the hotel was filled with JJCians when we reached! and after a short while, prom started!!
the prom wasnt as nice as expected.. because the programme wasnt very good.. the emcee sort of failed to engage us.. service not good.. food okay only.. although it was all good food like shark's fin and abalone.. but it was a great night because of everyone who was present! :D
somehow i think the prom king and queen can be better.. the best part of the programme was the titanic part.. 4 pairs of guys and girls are required to reenact the titanic scene 'you jump, i jump' together with the titanic song.. it was epic funny sia! hahaha.. i think there is an video on it on facebook! but didnt bother to check xP
and here comes the best part of the night.. after programme photo taking with everyone i know! omg.. alot of photos sia.. how should i go about uploading them? never mind.. i just upload the nice ones! the rest are on facebook! see, i'm lazy again! xP
7th november!
went to e2i@redhill for RWS interview with tommy! filled up some forms on personal particulars and choice of job.. i chose kids' club at universal studios as first choice.. there are 12 choices.. 2nd choice i think i put VIP guest escort.. forgot what did i put for the rest.. haha
then, i had the interview.. it was quite smooth sailing and successful i suppose.. haha.. the interviewer just asked me why did i choose kids' club and gave me some scenarios and asked me how would i handle them..
after that, i went home and went to clementi to buy koi as it was on the way! bought milk tea and passion fruit aloe vera.. i like the passion fruit one more.. very refreshing and chewy! :D
8th november!
went out with clare, weikai and chenxi!
we went to walk around singapore! just a small part of it actually.. haha
first, i brought them to nex.. haha.. ate lunch at food junction. the food there is quite nice! i ate claypot chicken rice!!
and after that, we were very lost on where to go.. because we did not want to go into any shopping centres! so we were stucked in front of the mrt system picture at serangoon mrt station for quite a long time.. and weikai suggested doing stupid things at some places that we rarely go.. in the end, we decided to go to little india.. haha
when we reached there, it was raining! omg.. but nevertheless, we continued to walk around.. the indian culture is really rich over there.. all india products.. ranging from food.. and to accessories.. especially gold! omg.. i was almost blinded by the dazzling gold jewelleries! almost everytime i walked past a goldsmith shop, i will just 'wa!!' at the shiny and big gold jewelleries.. haha..
after walking around for some time, we decided to go to sim lim square.. but we did not know the way there! so i called my dad and asked him for directions.. and weikai asked a passer-by for directions too! and yay! we got there in no time!
there was no much change in sim lim square actually.. and weikai didnt even go there before! omg.. was very shocked sia!
after that, we walked to albert centre for dinner.. but before that, i went to buy my plums at second floor of albert centre.. not really plums la.. it's like cranberries, flavoured dried guava, etc.. all my favourite!!
and finally, it was dinner time!!
as i was still quite full from the large claypot rice which i usually only ate half a bowl of it, i only bought abit of yam cake for myself, and a plate of rojak to share with everyone!!
and after that, weikai bought DURIAN ice kachang.. i was like 'huh.. durian.. can i dont eat it? but i love ice kachang! how?' haha.. but i still ate it in the end.. together with the durian paste.. i cant believe it sia! but it was very nice and sweet! omg.. i think it rekindled my love for durians! :D
and we went to iluma after that just to take photos! epic and funny photos man! :D
then, home sweet home :)
today!
went to BBDC (Bukit Batok Driving Centre) with mum!
initially wanted to sign up for private de.. but in the end signed up for school one.. because it's more convenient and faster.. haha
enrolled myself, and attended the briefing. i signed up for class 3!! manual!! it's tough. but i can do it!! jiayou veron!!
after that, i went to meet hubby at his school! to cheer him on and help him out for his fyp!
went to the overhead bridge nearby his school with his friend and we took pictures of vehicles driving on the bus lanes, while chatting.. haha.. stood there for a couple of hours! quite a fresh experience.. haha.. we feel like traffic police catching unauthorised vehicles driving on bus lanes!! xD
and i think i'm about to overcome my fear of overhead bridges! :D
after that, we went to jalan kayu to eat prata for dinner.. it took me quite some time for me to realise that i went there before! WOLS sia! haha.. we ate satay and prata! and i drank my milo dinosaur.. best to go along with prata.. i dont know why.. haha.. i just like it.. thanks hubby for the treat! love ya! :D
chatted over dinner and we went home after that! missed my 破天网! will catch it in the morning later!!
i shall stop here! must go sleep now
as i'm going to meet hubby tomorrow for the very last time before he flies off to suzhou for his fyp for one month! gonna miss him alot alot :(
