hello everyone!
it's been ages since i last posted! almost a month!
been busy with studies again of course.. never-ending past year prelims and a level papers, tests, timed assignments, consultations.. and the list goes on..
haha.. anyways, today is the last day of school. bitter-sweet feeling ya? but i didnt feel it that strong as compared to that of secondary and primary school.. primary school: cried. secondary school: almost cried. jc: never cry. haha.. maybe this is also a sign that i've realized that all good things will come to an end. 世上没有不散的宴席.
today is instead, a lot more of a happy than a sad day. haha.. because we went to celebrate clare's birthday after school! but during the chem timed assignment, we did hci prelim paper 2. in the end only left clare, weikai and i in the classroom. super pathetic. and i was feeling so sleepy that i almost fell asleep during the paper! :X
haha.. back to topic! we (clare, weikai and i) went to jp to celebrate clare's birthday! a pity that chenxi couldnt come because he was down with a flu and headache! we decided to give her a treat that is under $15 (as weikai and i are broke :X).. so she decided to eat at bakerzin after much contemplation..
we ordered this cheese ice cream.. nice! never tasted cheese ice cream before!

and we also ordered this i think.. vanilla ice cream. i also dont know what flavour la.. just ordered it.. there's chocolate sauce on top! and the ice cream is in between 2 breads, making it look like a hamburger ice cream.. there's some stuff that look like gua zi on top too.. dont know what is it called again.. argh.. anyways, it's super nice too!

and clare loves this turtle/tortoise pouch of mine a lot.. because it's super cute! haha

and this is what we gave her as a birthday present: 'make your own' necklace from diva! so cool! can customise one! :D

and after that, we went to take a walk around jp.. perhaps it might be the last time we will get to shop around until the end of a levels! haha.. and we saw my mum in jp! haha.. what a coincidence.. but she was heading back home le!
and after that, we went home. and i slacked all the way until now. today's the last day for me to slack already!!

and school was actually supposed to end next friday. but rumours have been spreading this week.. that this week is the last week of school. i didnt take it to heart. and it turns out to be that this week is the last week of school, as announced by our pricipal during civics.
p and vp told us all the do's and dont's for revision and a levels. and i think the school is quite 'welfare' to us! firstly, we must report 30mins before the start of each paper and gather at a designated spot in the canteen area. and if there's any latecomers, the school will arrange transport for them. taxi i think? haha..
and we are free to use the lockers around the school! so that we can put our belongings and valuables in the locker so that we will not feel worried that our stuff will get stolen!
initially, i couldnt accept the fact that today's the last day of school. i was already prepared that next week will be the last week of school. haha.. but well, i've come to accept this fact.
yup, and i got back my progress report for prelims. overall i am quite happy with it. but it isnt my best seriously. maths and gsc short of one mark to A!!

and i'm now intending to decide on my part time job after a levels! since rws havent respond to my job application after dont know how many months.. haha
yup! it's relief teaching! planning to teach chem in jc. hopefully in jj! and if not, i can also teach science and chinese in primary school! hopefully back to jwps! although i miss jwss too, i dont think i can manage secondary school students who tend to be very rebellious :X
there's this teaching attachment programme by moe! quite cool! the pay is good too!

but just relief teaching alone, the pay is the same.

but i dont think can get as high as $200 and $36 la.. haha.. i'm not experienced and do not have very high qualifications.
so yup! i'm still considering which to take.

met hubby on last sunday and on his birthday!
bought him a birthday cake and a card! because i wanted a simple and traditional celebration.. haha.. sort of surprised him by waiting for him outside his workplace at changi airport T3! so cool la.. can work at changi airport T3! my favourite place somemore!

he's as handsome and cute as ever! love him lots!! :D




and on last sun, we went for a shopping spree at orchard and vivo! we finally bought the things that we wanted! hubby bought his porter bag, and i bought earrings, t shirts and flats! spent a lot money as a result xP


celebrated my lunar birthday some weeks ago too! :D

these two years has been an enjoyable yet gruelling one.. and we grew from the process, learnt from our mistakes and tried our best to change for the better. although i'm not close to everyone in the class, i still enjoyed times when we studied together, ate together and get scolded together xP
yup. so i would like to use this opportunity to thank my class, 09s06 for making these two years a great and memorable one! and of course, bringing all the joys and laughters to the class! :D
a levels are coming! 3 weeks more!
seriously must mug all the way le.. just jiayou and hold on for just less than 7 weeks, and everything will be over. and we can play as much as we want! :D
stay calm. be confident. plan your revision. dont get distracted. just go all the way forward, full throttle! accelerator on! but must always be careful. take care of our own health, drink more water, have a balanced diet, exercise at least once a week. and check through our work over and over again! no more careless mistakes! jiayou everyone! :D
