there's really sth wrong with my digestive and excretory system..
nt stomach ache nt diarrhoea nt no appetite den it's vomiting..
feel so terrible..
just feel that my gastric juice keep swirling and mixing around..
did i eat the wrong thing? dont think so..
i eat wad i normally eat ma.. just duno wad's wrong..

today.. gt rc meeting regarding the FFAS (first aid across singapore) on sat..
must go and promote first aid to the public..
i stationed around the jurong east interchange..
heh heh.. and with two link cadets! 2 pri sch kiddies..
hope that everyone will spare some time for us to promote first aid to the public!
and ya.. hope everyone can make it to the first aid and home safety seminar at AMK hub on sun..
bt i will nt be going anyway.. AMK so sian.. =X

also must go to the moe hq for duno wad youth leaders ceremony..

anyway this + the FFAS all tgt gt 13hrs of cip.. xP
can contribute to the pathetic cip hrs that i gt so far for this year..
last year gt near to 40hrs of cip..
bt this year? pathetic.. so far i think only 6hrs..
maybe sec3s nid to concentrate more on studies than on cca involvement and cip le..
