well, it's time to restructure the exco.
1st, every NCO is being promoted to sergeant and have a post in exco each. congrats!
i'm quite satisfied wif the restructuring.
everyone has been given a post. FAIR.

footdrill gt 3 ppl. the main i/c is the training i/c.
den gt 2 branching dwn. me for sec 2s and quraishah for sec 1s =)

want to do more footdrills again..
nw lesser burden.. more relaxing.. HAPPY! hahaha
